FAIR PLAY & TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES
By registering for the tournament, all teams and players agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the tournament rules, fixtures, schedule, or format whenever necessary in the best interest of the tournament.
All participating players must satisfy the eligibility criteria prescribed for the tournament, including corporate category, age requirements, or any other conditions notified by the Organizer.
Valid Government-issued ID proof is mandatory and may be verified at any stage of the tournament.
Any player providing false information or forged documents shall be liable for immediate disqualification.
Tournament entry fees must be paid in full before the prescribed deadline.
Registration shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment verification by the Organizer.
Entry fees are strictly non-refundable unless specifically approved by the Organizer under exceptional circumstances.
If any player is found registered in violation of tournament rules, eligibility norms, or documentation requirements, the following actions shall apply:
Each team must register the prescribed number of players, including substitutes, as notified by the Organizer.
No player shall be permitted to represent more than one team during the tournament.
Any addition, replacement, or modification in the squad must receive prior approval from the Organizer.
Matches shall be conducted in T20 format and governed by applicable standard cricket rules along with tournament-specific playing conditions.
Match timings, toss procedures, overs, and other playing conditions shall be communicated before commencement of the match.
The decision of the umpires and tournament officials shall be final and binding.
All teams must report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled match time.
Failure to report on time may result in penalties, reduction of overs, or walkover, solely at the discretion of the Organizer.
All players, officials, and team members are expected to maintain discipline, professionalism, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Any act of misconduct, abuse, physical altercation, misbehavior, or violation of tournament decorum may lead to:
During match proceedings, no player or team member shall use mobile phones on the field or within the designated playing area.
Mobile phone usage in the dugout/bench area is prohibited except in emergency situations or with prior permission from the Organizer.
Only authorized personnel appointed by the Organizer may use mobile devices for official scoring, broadcasting, live updates, or tournament communication.
Unauthorized usage may result in warning, penalty, suspension, or disqualification.
Match balls and essential match arrangements shall be provided by the Organizer.
Teams and players must arrange their own personal cricket equipment including bats, pads, gloves, helmets, shoes, and guards.
Matches may be delayed, rescheduled, shortened, or cancelled due to weather conditions, ground conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
The Organizer’s decision in such situations shall be final and binding upon all teams and participants.
Any dispute or protest must be reported immediately to the tournament committee before the commencement of the next match.
The decision of the Organizer and tournament committee shall be final, binding, and not subject to further challenge.
Photographs, videos, recordings, interviews, and other media captured during the tournament may be used by the Organizer for promotional, marketing, broadcasting, or commercial purposes.
Participation in the tournament constitutes unconditional consent for such usage without compensation.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, suspend, or modify the tournament due to unavoidable circumstances, insufficient participation, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of the Organizer.
Player registrations shall be conducted online through the official tournament website using secure payment gateway services including Razorpay.
All payments made towards player registration shall be treated as final and securely processed.
In the event a registered player remains unsold during the auction process:

The Organizer’s decision regarding auction proceedings, player eligibility, and refunds shall remain final and binding.
Participation in the IK Corporate Champions Trophy shall constitute complete acceptance of all the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions by players, teams, officials, and associated members.
Any form of cheating, match-fixing, fake identity usage, impersonation, or manipulation of scores/statistics will lead to immediate suspension and permanent ban from the tournament.
Organizer reserves the right to investigate suspicious activities and take disciplinary action.
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, vaping, or use of prohibited substances inside the ground premises or during matches is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in player or team suspension.
Teams must wear proper cricket attire and tournament-approved jerseys.
Players without proper jerseys or bibs may not be allowed to participate.
Spike shoes may be restricted depending on ground conditions.
Coaches, managers, owners, supporters, and spectators associated with teams must also maintain discipline.
Any abusive behavior towards umpires, organizers, scorers, or opponents may attract penalties on the respective team.
All broadcasting, streaming, photography, highlights, reels, and digital content rights related to the tournament shall remain exclusively with the Organizer.
No team or player may commercially use tournament footage without prior written permission.
Organizer reserves exclusive rights regarding sponsorship visibility, branding placement, on-ground advertisements, and digital promotions.
Teams shall not display conflicting sponsor branding without prior approval.
Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for their medical fitness.
Organizer may provide basic first aid support but shall not be liable for medical expenses.
Organizer shall not be liable for delays, cancellation, or interruption caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, political disturbances, pandemics, strikes, technical failures, or events beyond reasonable control.
Any fraudulent payment, chargeback attempt, fake transaction proof, or unauthorized payment dispute may result in permanent ban and legal action.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
